What we resolve.

A plant or a job cannot be fixed over the phone. On-site support involves a visit from our own technician, not a subcontractor, who arrives with the agreed-upon tools and equipment, and leaves a written record of what was done, what remains to be addressed, and the cost of resolving it.

If you contract the complete installation afterward, the cost of the visit will be deducted from the project.

For whom.

  • Plants and tasks that require a timely visit, not a monthly contract.
  • Companies that have an existing network or camera systems installed by another provider, and require an assessment.
  • There are places outside of Punta Arenas that are rarely visited today.

What it includes.

  • Self-employed technician, not subcontracted.
  • Scheduled visit or emergency visit
  • Report on what was reviewed and what was done.
  • Budget for outstanding items, if applicable.

From diagnosis to delivery.

How we do it.

01

Coordination

We’ve defined the day, the scope of the visit, and what needs to be reviewed or installed.

02

Visit

The technician arrives with the agreed-upon tools and equipment and carries out the work.

03

Report

We provide a written record of what was done, what remains outstanding, and the associated costs.

Before we begin.

Is the diagnosis on-site the same as this?

The diagnosis involves an on-site support visit focused on creating a network diagram, assessing coverage, and reviewing camera systems. The remaining visits are coordinated in the same way, at the same price per day.

Do you offer service outside of Punta Arenas?

Yes, with the travel allowance included in the quote, including Tierra del Fuego and Puerto Natales.

Your operation needs a clear plan.

Let's talk about your project.

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
