What we resolve.

The CCTV system in a store isn’t suitable for plants – there’s cold, humidity, dust, and often, no stable internet connection. We install outdoor-rated cameras with local recording on an NVR, so they don’t rely on a connection, and we integrate them with any existing cameras you already have, as long as they are still functioning.

We’re identifying the key locations, working with the plant manager or security chief, focusing on access points, the perimeter, and any blind spots that are currently unnoticed.

For whom.

  • Plants with process equipment, including access points and perimeters without coverage.
  • Wineries with old cameras or without local recording.
  • Situations where the connection is interrupted and the camera can no longer rely on it.

What it includes.

  • Cameras for outdoor use, cold, and humidity.
  • Local recording on the NVR, without requiring a connection.
  • Integration with existing cameras and NVR systems.
  • Defined points according to the plant’s plan.

From diagnosis to delivery.

How we do it.

01

Journey

We examine access points, perimeters, and blind spots in conjunction with the plant manager or security chief.

02

Installation

Cameras, cabling, and NVR, with active local recording from the very first day.

03

Verification

We reviewed the actual coverage of each camera and documented the system.

Before we begin.

Do the cameras withstand snow and low temperatures?

Yes, these are equipment designed for outdoor use, specifically intended for the climate of Magallanes.

What happens if the internet connection is cut off?

The recording is stored in the NVR, on-site. The link is only needed to view them remotely, not for recording.

Your operation needs a clear plan.

Let's talk about your project.

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
