What we resolve.

A well-designed network is useless if a power outage shuts down the rack. With Ditap Energía, we measure the actual load of the rack and equipment that cannot be turned off, we size the UPS or power panel with a margin, and we test a real outage before completing the installation.

It’s an electrical installation, so it’s carried out by certified equipment from Ditap Energía. We coordinate to ensure it’s a single visit, with the same diagnostic performed on-site.

For whom.

  • Plants and tasks where a power outage disrupts the network or cameras.
  • Monitoring rooms and racks that must always have power.
  • Troubles with an old generator or an outdated control panel that hasn't been properly maintained.

What it includes.

  • UPS sized for the rack and critical equipment.
  • Boards and automatic transfer
  • Complete coordination with Ditap Energía

From diagnosis to delivery.

How we do it.

01

Measurement

Ditap Energía measures the actual load of the rack and of the equipment that cannot be turned off.

02

Sizing

The UPS or the control panel is defined based on that load, with a margin.

03

Installation

A real cut is installed and tested, with plant personnel present.

Before we begin.

Why is Ditap Energía doing this, and not Ditap Industrial?

Because it’s an electrical installation, which in Chile requires a certified installer (SEC). We coordinate the work through a single visit, ensuring a consistent diagnosis on-site.

How long does a UPS last during a power outage?

It depends on the load and the battery level. It’s sized based on the specific operating time you need, not using a generic number.

Your operation needs a clear plan.

Let's talk about your project.

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
