Remote connectivity

Starlink, managed from $180,000 per month, and point-to-point connections, for projects where fiber optic isn’t accessible.

What we resolve.

In Magallanes, there are remote locations with limited or poor internet access. We install Starlink and manage it, setting up point-to-point links between our own sites, and we provide ongoing monitoring to ensure the connection doesn’t degrade before anyone needs to call to report an issue.

We installed it in snowy conditions, in open fields, and at port facilities.

For whom.

  • Difficulties and periods without internet access, either through fiber optic or a good mobile signal.
  • Plants that require support if their primary supplier is cut off.
  • Remote locations that today rely on someone to let them know when the internet goes down.

What it includes.

  • Starlink installed and managed.
  • Point-to-point links between sites
  • Continuous monitoring of the link.
  • If the primary provider fails, a failover should be implemented, according to the project.

From diagnosis to delivery.

How we do it.

01

Visit

We’re checking the line of sight, available power, and the location of the antenna or connection.

02

Installation

Antenna, router, and power supply, configured and tested for your use.

03

Management

Monitoring the connection and providing support if anything goes wrong, without you having to check on it.

Before we begin.

Does it function as the sole connection within a task/project?

Yes, that’s the most common scenario: where there’s no fiber optic connection, Starlink is the primary connection, with monitoring in place to check for any degradation.

Does it work with snow and strong winds?

The antenna is designed for that purpose. Whether it functions well depends on the installation, and we checked that during the visit.

Your operation needs a clear plan.

Let's talk about your project.

People, process, and support.

Support before, during and after implementation.

A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.

  1. Before: to understand and define

We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.

  2. During: to coordinate the work

We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.

  3. After: knowing how to proceed.

We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.

Answers before deciding.

What am I going to receive before signing a contract?

A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.

How is support organized?

We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.

What’s happening with the information related to my organization?

When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
